the Elm Tree is under new management
Son and Father, Paul and Peter Matthews, took on the Elm Tree nine months ago. Starting with a fab makeover, this well-known spot has been given new carpets and a fresh paint job creating a spectacular restaurant and the pair are overjoyed with their efforts.

June 2005 – The Elm Tree website is re-designed with additional functionality. Already know as a useful website it has been made easier to use and now includes much more information including, 360 degree visual spins of all rooms and on-line booking. There’s more to come so keep an eye on our website over the coming months.The site was developed by Horizon Digital Media in Cardiff.
May 2005 – The Elm Tree re-opens after an extensive modernisation program. All room now include the latest facilities include DVD players, etc. |
