We work with Wales' best natural produce which can be found right on our doorstep. Welsh Black Beef is second to none, our coast teams with shell fish from Lobster and Oysters to the humble Cockle; and when the seafood is out of season there is Game from local estates - from Pheasant and Partridge to Woodcock and Venison.

We use organic produced where avilable and free-range chickens and eggs, all from the farms around us and everything is home-made.
